Defending Against Love and Hate: Case Study of a Somatizing Man*

Works in private practice in the Greater Boston area seeing children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She graduated from Stonehill College with a B.A. in Psychology and Fine Arts in 2008. She went on to pursue her Master of Social Work degree from Salem State University, graduating in 2013, and worked in community agencies, schools, and clinics before transitioning full-time into private practice in 2017. She completed a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy at BGSP in 2022 and went on to become a candidate in the Doctor of Psychoanalysis Program there. She plans to continue studying the technique of modern psychoanalysis.
