Dr. Theodore “Ted” Laquercia died peacefully on April 13, 2023 after battling long-term illnesses. A graduate of the Center for Modern Psychoanalytic Studies, he was a beloved teacher, supervisor, analyst, member of the president's council and board of trustees. He was also an integral part of the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis, holding many positions over the years—president, provost, faculty, and administrator—and always helping students to flourish. He will be greatly missed as we remember him with appreciation and take inspiration from his dedication to all aspects of his work.
