Our activities continue to focus mainly on our monthly Saturday morning meetings, which consist in interdisciplinary dialogues on topics of common interest to psychoanalysts and neuroscientists. Some recent meetings:
Irving Kupfermann (October 7, 2000) gave a contemporary neuroscientific perspective on drive theory.
David Silbersweig (November 4, 2000) spoke on functional imaging of schizophrenic hallucinations.
Helen Mayberg (December 2, 2000) spoke on functional imaging of mood disorders.
Mark Solms continued to provide a lecture series on neuropsy-choanalysis as part of the regular training curriculum. The various study groups and research projects mentioned in previous bulletins are still ongoing and we hope that some of these will result in publications in this journal in the near future.
