With the collaboration of Dr. Graciela Bouza de Suaya, from Montevideo, Dr. Issaharoff has created a forum for psychoanalysis and neurosciences on the FEPAL's website. () There have already been numerous contributions. An informal meeting at the FEPAL Congress September 2002 is also scheduled, as a preparation for the IPA Congress in Toronto 2003.
At several different conferences—in the Sociedad Argentina de Psicoanálisis; in the Asociación de Epistemología del Psicoanálsis; at the Sociedad Uruguaya de Psiquiatría; and at the Cátedra de Psiquiatría in Montevideo—Dr Issaharoff has disseminated themes associated with psychoanalysis and neurosciences, where the relations between neurosciences, psychiatry and psychoanalysis have been emphasized, as well as the methodological problems and conditions involved in these relationships.
