The conference in Rome was an enriching experience for those of us who took part in it. The idea of bringing groups together seems to be quite successful and gives an opportunity for discussion, joining and bridging the different levels of work and different professions. In the Israeli group we believe in working conferences, where not just the lectures count but also the discovering of new ideas from learning together.
This is also the theme of the meetings of the Israeli group. We base our work on the understanding that comes from Learning Organizations, and one of the representatives of this idea is Donald Schon (Argyris & Schon, 1974; Schon, 1983).
