The 2024 NPSA Congress that was held in wonderful Trieste showcased a wealth of fascinating presentations from diverse and converging perspectives on the topic of conversion disorder. With each passing year the knowledge generated within the realm of neuropsychoanalysis becomes ever more enriching and relevant. The following assembled collection of research and symposium abstracts from the Congress serves to highlight how this meeting proved to be no exception in this regard. The talks covered both research and clinical content. We are most grateful to all of the presenters who contributed so meaningfully to the success of the Congress. I hope that you as the reader will enjoy this summary and consider contributing to one of our future congresses.
