THE FIRST LATIN-AMERICAN PSYCHOANALYTIC CONGRESS is being organized by the Argentine, Brazilian, and Chilean Psychoanalytic Societies, with the collaboration of psychoanalytic groups from various Latin-American countries, and will take place in Buenos Aires from the 13th to the 17th of August, 1956.
Scientific papers representing all fields of psychoanalysis, clinical, theoretical, and applied, will be presented. It is hoped that a large number of guests from psychoanalytic groups throughout the world will attend this congress.
The reading of brief communications in Spanish, Portuguese, English, or French is solicited. The title and a summary of papers to be read should be sent to Dr. Angel Garma, President of the Organizing Committee of the Congress, Av. Libertador Gral. San Martin 2392, Buenos Aires, Argentine.
