Dr. M. Ralph Kaufman, chief of psychiatry at Mount Sinai Hospital, and Dr. John Millet, who is affiliated with Presbyterian Hospital, have been appointed as consultants to the New York State Department of Mental Hygiene by Dr. Paul H. Hoch, Commissioner of Mental Hygiene.
