Sklansky writes about the peak of love being an amalgam of erotic and narcissistic satisfactions in which the mix varies enormously. He bases his conclusions on some very interesting clinical vignettes and a scattering of quotations from the literature. The clinical material stems from work with adolescents and young adults.
