About the Author Kareen Ror Malone is professor of psychology at University of West Georgia. She is a Fellow of the American Psychological Association. She is Associate Editor of Theory and Psychology and on the editorial board of Psychoanalysis, Culture & Society. She co-edited three books on Lacan and essays in Lacanian psychoanalysis; she co-authored the book, Science as Psychology, co-winner of the William James Book Award (2012). She is in analytic formation at Après Coup in New York and also teaches at the Emory University Psychoanalytic Institute.
