Après Coup of “The Patient’s Experience of the Analyst’s Subjectivity”

(1952–2019) was an internationally recognized psychoanalyst, teacher, lecturer, and Director of the New York University Postdoctoral Program in Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis. He was a past President of the Division of Psychoanalysis (39) APA and founding President of the International Association for Relational Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy (IARPP). Aron was also co-founder of the Sandor Ferenczi Center at the New School for Social Research, a co-founder of Psychoanalytic Dialogues, and the co-editor of the Relational Perspectives Book Series.
