Regressed States, Timelessness, and Ego Synthesis: References
Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the University of Illinois, and Clinical Staff, Chicago Institute for Psychoanalysis. Dr. Giovacchini has published extensively on creativity, psychosomatic problems, and the treatment of characterological problems, using an ego-psychological perspective focusing primarily on object relationships. He co-authored Psychoanalytic Treatment of Characterological and Schizophrenic Disorders (Boyer and Giovacchini, 1967).
