This issue is fondly dedicated in memory of Dr. James H. Hansell (November 24, 1955–April 20, 2013). Jim’s influence as a mentor, teacher, therapist, and friend is immeasurable, and his interest in psychoanalytic treatment will continue to inspire psychoanalytic scholars and clinicians for generations.
