This paper speaks to how and why we need to (should) process our Racist Thinking. It will provide a detailed experience through the eyes and life of a young Black Boy that grew into a young adult Black Male and later matures into an experienced psychiatrist/psychoanalyst that reflects on his journey and navigation through life in a Black and White America. He evolves from autopsy technician/deputy coroner to psychiatrist/psychoanalyst with a question in mind: What is this thing called Racism that both embraces and overwhelms us while at the same time, it eludes us? He provides you with a psychoanalytically informed perspective on how we could and should think about Racism.
