Writing (mostly poetry and musings in a journal), has been an integral part of my eight-year therapeutic process with the Jungian analyst Elizabeth Martiny in Johannesburg, South Africa. I believe that writing has a huge potential for healing.
A poem written while working with unresolved grief at the death of my father when I was thirteen years old.
