Paul Oertel, MFA, is a dancer, singer, and actor who has performed and taught internationally for more than 35 years. Artistic research, making dance videos, Jin Shin Jyutsu, and organic gardening are the focus of his life at home in southwestern France, where he lives with his creative life partner choreographer Nancy Spanier. This poem is from a series called Love Poems, 50 poems of 50 words each, written during his 50th year.
