These two volumes purport to be “hints” on psychotherapy obtained by communication with the spirit of Dr. James H. Hyslop through the mediumship of Mrs. Eileen Garrett. The knowledge of physiology and anatomy displayed is less than that of a grade school child; there are gross defects in logic; and the few actual bits of advice offered are worthless. The writings are of interest only as specimens of mediumistic productions.
