Truly a horrorpilating account in 58 pages of a master-hand in sadistic criminality. Strangulation, arson, killing with an axe (his favorite it would seem), stabbing with scissors, cutting children's throats, hammer blows, these were the means through which this sadistic fiend carried out a series of atrocities from 1899 to 1929 when the tardy machinery of the law put an end to his activities.
It is purely descriptive and has no notes of psychoanalytic import.
