From the Swiss Medical Weekly (September, 1942, p. 1042) we learn of the death of Prof. G. Jelgersma of Leyden in his eighty-third year. Professor Jelgersma was an outstanding neuropsychiatrist and one of the earliest to champion the cause of psychoanalysis. We hope to present a fuller notice of his career.
