This volume is subtitled The Psychological Approach to Problems of War Economy. The psychology offered is pretty well submerged under economic discussion. The psychology given is superficial and thinly worked out. Of course the author is considering a limited problem and does not venture to examine the deeper problem which is the psychology of war itself. This review is not the place for considering the author's economic views.
