Abstract

This Yearbook, which is the sixth in a series of publications which Dr. Buros has prepared, is more comprehensive than any of the previous volumes. It is designed to meet the needs of clinical workers in the fields of psychiatry, psychology, education and industry. It should assist them in locating and evaluating books and materials used in actual test procedures.

Over 600 tests and more than 700 original reviews are included together with more than 3,000 references on test construction, validity and use.

Any clinical worker who is interested in the application of objective methods as part of either his research or service duties will find this Yearbook a valuable compendium and source of ideas and methods. It will certainly have a very wide use and is to be highly recommended.
