Michael Reese Hospital Postgraduate School is offering a Rorschach Test Seminar on The Ego: Growth, Struggle and Decline. The inquiry will center on test studies of ego lag in childhood; conflict and breakdowns in the “best” years; losses in the declining years. Differentials in personality structure in these growth phases will be patterned out in the Rorschach test records. Basic test technic will be demonstrated; but the seminar will lay primary accent on interpretation.

The seminar will be conducted by Dr. S. J. Beck, Director of the Psychology Laboratory of the Division of Neuro-psychiatry, Michael Reese Hospital from June 5 through June 9, 1950 (full-time). The course is open to qualified clinical psychiatrists and psychologists, and the tuition fee is $50.00.

Each speaker will conduct a seminar or demonstration at Downey Veterans Administration Hosptal at 10:00 A. M. and 2:00 P. M. At 8:00 P. M. each speaker will deliver a lecture at the Veterans Administration Regional Office, 366 West Adams Street, Chicago 6, Illinois.
