The following is the report of the case of a patient who suffered from Raynaud's phenomenon and scleroderma. The vascular changes in Raynaud's phenomenon provide an excellent opportunity for observing the relationship between emotions and bodily changes. Among the articles on this subject are those by Mittelmann and Wolff (1), Mufson (2), and Millet, Lief, and Mittelmann (3). Additional references will be found in these publications. Recent observations on Raynaud's phenomenon with scleroderma were published by Mufson (4).
