At one point, Dr. Caruso explains that he was not told specifically the group that would be attending his lectures, and therefore there is a discrepancy in his handling of theoretical concepts in the first three lectures and in the rest of them. He is well known for his publications in Germany, France, and Spain. The lectures were delivered and recorded on magnetic tape in French and then transcribed, but not corrected by the author, which might account for the uneven presentation of his thoughts.
