Contrary to the common misconception that psychoanalysis is appropriate only for highly educated people of means, this paper shows its applicability to adults who are or who have been unhoused/homeless. The writings of Jane Addams and of Donald Winnicott are invoked for their insights about system and psyche. The author describes Insight For All which connects analysts working pro bono with the formerly unhoused. A dream analysis is offered to demonstrate the potential of insight-oriented care.
