In this article, the language of tales is briefly discussed. It is emphasized that this language is different from the adult language and uses the language and way of childhood thinking. In this sense, the tales move away from the secondary process and approach to the primary process thinking. It could be said that this language is the language of psychoanalysis at the same time. The process on the couch gradually transports the analysand into the primary process thinking under the influence of free association and transference. The discourse of the analysand who rewrites his/her own history, gradually acquires an epic quality. The outer reality is suspended and the subjective reality dominates the stage.
