Based on Benedictus de Spinoza's Ethica, these articles discuss the transitivity between psychoanalysis and Spinoza's philosophy, and offer a critical look into Spinoza's philosophy with reference to psychoanalytical theory. They later evolved into a book encompassing all of Spinoza's works (and discussing the relationship between Spinoza's self-structure and his philosophy): Psikanalitik Duyarlıklı Bakışla SPİNOZA ve FELSEFESİ (SPINOZA and HIS PHILOSOPHY through a Psychoanalytically Sensitive Look) . Also, Halûk Sunat's first book focuses on ‘psychoanalysis’ (both the theory and the therapy) through the works of Sigmund Freud, and building on it, engages in a critique of Marxism: BİREY SORUNSALI / Psikanaliz ve Eleştirel Bir Bakışla Marksizm (THE PROBLEMATIC OF THE INDIVIDUAL / Psychoanalysis and a Critique of Marxism) .*
