The patient we receive is not only determined by the functioning of unconscious on an intrapsychic level. He (she) is also subject to systems like the family, the group, the institution and the mass. Because of this inter-subjective link, he is determined also by the exigency of psychic work imposed on his psyche. The crypt processes, the formation of superego and ego ideals are also determined inter-subjectively. Human condition is an inter-subjective existence.
