When you spend sometime in a school environment you can have the opportunity to observe the intimate relation between teachers and students. It is such an interesting experience to witness the patience, guidance and the leadership of the teachers, in relation with the students. Even after such a short observation, it is obvious that being a teacher is such a demanding and hard job.
There are many studies that concern the skills of the teacher and his (her) relationship with the students. Most of these studies focus on the behavior of the teacher, but do not cover the psychic experiences that motivate this behavior. But as we know from psychoanalysis, our psychic life has an effect on everything that the individual realizes, including his (her) choices.
