In this article the author is concentrated on the concept of conviction and its relation to construction which is neglected in Psychoanalytic Theory. Freud used the conviction in different meanings including belief, thought, hypothesis. On the other hand Ferenczi in 1913 described conviction as an accumulation of emotional information that gives direction to thoughts. The contemporary french psychoanalysts are devided into two, those who take conviction as a belief and those as a collection of emotional information. Basing on Hayek's Complex Phenomen Theory the author discusses different points of views as an original epistemology for psychoanalysis.
