The topic at the July 26–31, 1988, Canadian Committee's Second Delphi Symposium will be “Maternal Configurations and Psychoanalysis: Clinical and Cultural Perspectives.” The location is the European Cultural Centre in Delphi, Greece. Keynote speakers will be Drs. D. Stern and B. Kramer (infants); Drs. Lebovici and Neubauer (child and adolescent psychiatry); and Drs. F. Begoin and I. Barand (adult psychiatry). Dr. James Anthony will present the summary. A special introductory cultural day will include presentations by Greek and French experts on the archaeology and cultural anthropology of the ancient setting of Delphi.
