I appreciated the comments by Drs. Kenny and Beiser in reply to my TAP column “The Supremes Hit a Sour Note,” on the role of the Supreme Court in the national election. A column, by its very nature, reflects the opinion of the writer. Readers are free to respond with their own opinions. Consequently, I would say the system is working well.
