Geralyn Lederman has recently joined APsaA as our new director of public affairs. She has been developing and implementing communications and marketing programs for more than a decade. Lederman's expertise includes media relations, message development, crisis planning, and branding.
Most recently, she was with the professional services firm Kellen Company, where she created highly successful marketing and communications plans for several trade associations and professional societies. Previously, Lederman served as communications manager at the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation, a public health research organization, and before that she was at the Anxiety Disorders Association of America.
APsaA's former public affairs director, Jake Lynn, left to take an advocacy and communications position with Lockheed Martin in the Washington, DC metro area. During his tenure, he helped APsaA and its members increase our voice in the media and promote psychoanalysis.
