Around the black hole in psychoanalysis: negative hallucination
This article aims to describe the essence of perception. Aided by the clinical experience of negative hallucination, the author searches for the fundaments of perception. Through phenomenology he finds that the current scientific approach falls short because it eliminates the subject by virtue of its doctrine. In the negative hallucination, the hole in being resonates. This hole is an essential part of perception. Psychoanalysis still has some notion of this defect through the postulate of the unconscious. It therefore has the duty to defend the subjective against a one-sided objectivism. Patients can show it the way.
