Dear colleague,
Your idea of entering our Society as a corresponding member will probably meet with the approval of all the members. I will bring it up in the fall,1 since our gatherings have been suspended until then. You will be assessed a small sum of money as a member's contribution, which, in addition to the honor, will give you the right to use the library, to vote with the membership, etc. In short, quite a cheerful story.
