Dear Professor,
Many thanks for your communication, which is rich in content. I prophesy a brilliant success for the “Zeitschrift (Zentralblatt?) für angewandte
Seelenkunde,” but only after an unavoidable incubation period.—Specht's suggestion came as a surprise to me; probably the first accommodating step from the opposition.—What did you reply to him?
Did a Wednesday meeting take place in the meantime? I am very eager to know about what transpired.1
I am appending another last wish to this long series of requests: The “Society for Psychical Research”2 is requesting that I send in the enclosed declaration of membership and wants you to sign it. Please do that and send the declaration, along with the enclosed letter, to the Society. Excuse the effort and expense that I am costing you thereby. I hope I won't have to bother you with this matter anymore.
I am fully booked and eager for work—but preoccupied with family matters (brother).
Kind regards,
Ferenczi
Perhaps I can take young Kramer (homosexual), whom you sent to me, into treatment in November (or December).
