Pápa, January 1, 1915
Dear Professor,
Making use of a favorable opportunity, I succeeded in getting another four days' leave, which I will spend in Budapest. (Saturday—Sunday—Monday—Tuesday.) Would a meeting be possible and practicable?—Perhaps Sunday in Raab or Pressburg?1—Or even in Budapest? If yes, let me know
by telegram. (I certainly see that it would be too onerous for you. I only thought that some change of scene would not be inappropriate for you in these oppressively difficult times.) Frau G., who counts herself among the five people for whom you write, would be overjoyed.
Kind regards,
Ferenczi
I am leaving this evening.
Raab/Györ (see letter 278, n. 4); Pressburg/Pozsony/Bratislava, approximately fifty kilometers east of Vienna (today the capital of the Slovak Republic).
