[Pápa, undated; end of December, 1915]1
Dear Professor,
It is possible that I will come to Vienna on the 30th and spend the 31st and 1st there.2 I will let you know by telegram.
The order that brought about my transfer requires that I have to wait for the designation, that is to say, arrival, of my successor here. (For only a few days, I hope.)
In Budapest I will be in a splendid position materially: along with the salary of a regimental physician, I will also have that from the Health Service and the forensic practice. Afternoons I will do analysis. The question is whether I will still be able to work evenings.
I am getting into a section for cases of nervous illness due to war. An opportunity to occupy oneself with Traumatic Neuroses.
See you soon, I hope.
Yours,
Ferenczi
