Dear Professor,
I have already refused three or four articles from Schroeder but he keeps sending them, so this time I should like to ask your opinion. This particular article seems to have something in it, but is extremely prolix and American.1 Schroeder is a lawyer who has defended Psa very sturdily, but not of good judgement.
