Dear Jones,
A brief addition to my last letter. Feigenbaum invited me, pressingly and urgently, to permit my name to be included in the list of contributing
editors. I sent him a noncommittal reply by cable. As you know, I am on the title page of the International as some sort of editor. I do not know how the Quarterly settled matters with our English journal and do not want to give you further cause for dissatisfaction. I therefore ask your opinion as to whether I should oblige Feigenbaum.
