Internationale Psychoanalytische Vereinigung
Küsnach-Zürich, 21 December 1912
Dear Professor Freud,
Just between ourselves, I am surprised the editors of the new Zeitschrift sent youra circulars to the presidents of the local groups without informing me. Actually any such proposition should pass through my hands or at least be communicated to me. In the interests of the cause I shall of course say nothing aloud about it, but merely wish to draw the matter to your attention.
By the same post I am sending you a paper by Dr. Trigant Burrow, 707 Saint Paul Street, Baltimore, which I recommend for your new journal.1 As Dr. Burrow is a very industrious and conscientious worker, I would like to ask you to enter his name on the list of regular contributors.2 He has asked me to back his request.
Since this letter is being written before the arrival of your answer to my last “secret letter,” I make no mention here of that singularly important topic.
With best regards,
Yours sincerely, JUNG3
