Dearest friend,
I am going to rewrite the piece on the etiology of the neuroses1 in greater detail for you as the basis for our future work. It will take a while. Mr. F. informed me that after receiving arch supports, he has been walking a little better. The problem has certainly not been corrected properly, but once again you are right.
