Prof. Dr. Freud
Dear Dr. Binswanger,
Best wishes for the New Year from me, too. I am glad you do not need them as badly as others do these days.
One's love of travel, and the opportunities for it, are blighted indeed; it will no doubt be a long time before the next entry in your visitors’ book.1
I am happy to supply all the information you ask for: two of my sons are in the army,2 both still training as gunners in provincial towns. My son-in-law in Hamburg has been called up and is waiting to be sent for training. My middle son's3 turn will come in the spring.
