Prof. Dr. Freud
Dear Dr. Binswanger,
I need not tell you how delighted I shall be to see you again, no matter when you come, whether in the first half of September or the second. However, I must add that no matter when you come you will have to share my time with others. In August I shall be free of both patients and visitors, but in September both will return. Immediately after our Congress in Innsbruck,1 on 1-3 September, Jones, Ferenczi, Laforgue2 and others have announced that they shall be coming here for longer or shorter stays.3 I am no longer as efficient as I used to be and my ability to speak and to listen has suffered considerably since the operation. But I hope you will not be put off.
With kind regards to you and your family,
Yours, Freud
