Dear Sir
It is only natural that we should try to help one another in these times. But I believe that if in doing so we don't keep to the truth we shall soon lose all credit.
You ask me for confirmation that Dr. E. W. was in sole charge of his department at the Viennese Clinic. Now, it so happens that I hardly know Dr. W. by name, certainly not personally, and I have no idea where or in what capacity he worked in Vienna; as a result I cannot give you any such confirmation.
