Dear Colleague,
The term is in its death-throes, so that I am happily occupied with the prospect of the delightful interval. So I shall really be in Ammerwald Post Reutte Tyrol until 18 August, on the 20th I have to be in Bremen, and on the 21st the G. Washington casts off. If you are in your hometown around this time, perhaps you will let me know your address in advance or leave me a message in the ND Lloyd office. Ferenczi will be with me; it is not yet decided whether we will meet Jung, who as you know is also invited, on the ship or beforehand. If not Bremen, then certainly Berlin at the end of September. I am very pleased about your favourable news, that is to say, your favourable view of the situation. As you are the only one in Berlin, it should work out for you even better; it will come to pass.
Cordial greetings, nothing scientific today, I am already too tired.
Your faithfully devoted
Freud
