Zusammenfassung: Ein neu entdeckter 13-seitiger handschriftlicher Brief an Max Eitingon stellt das bisher einzige persönliche Zeugnis von Sabina Spielrein aus ihrer späteren, sowjetischen Zeit (1923-1942) dar. Im August 1927 im Blick auf den Innsbrucker IPV-Kongress geschrieben, führt er mitten hinein in die damals erbitterter werdenden Diskussionen um das Verhältnis von Freudismus und Marxismus in der Sowjetunion, an denen Spielrein aktiv teilnimmt. Ergänzungen finden wir auch zu ihrer wissenschaftlichen Tätigkeit und zu ihrer persönlichen Situation in Rostow am Don.
Summary: »I'm longing to get together with all of you …«. A letter of Sabina Spielrein-Scheftel (Rostow on Don) to Max Eitingon, August 24th, 1927. This recently discovered, handwritten letter of 13 pages is so far the only personal document we have of Spielrein from her later Soviet years (1923-1942). Written with the Innsbruck Congress in mind, it leads right into the center of the discussions about Freudism and Marxism in the Soviet Union which then were becoming fiercer and in which Spielrein took an active part. It also provides new information about her scientific work and her personal situation in Rostow.
