CHRISTINE CAVE is a freelance organisational consultant and trainer, with a background in social work, counselling, and professional education. She is a qualified teacher and social worker and has an MA from her training at the Tavistock Clinic in Consultation and the Organisational Process.

M. FAKHRY DAVIDS practises full-time as a psychoanalyst in London. He is a member of the Institute of Psychoanalysis, London, and the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists, and was, for many years, Honorary Consultant Psychologist at the London Clinic of Psychoanalysis.

STANLEY GOLD is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst working clinically with individuals and in small group therapy. He was previously Senior Lecturer in the Department of Psychological Medicine, Monash University, Australia, where he was Chair of the Centre for Psychodynamic Studies, and remains Honorary Consultant to the Department of Psychological Medicine. He is a member of the Group Analytic Society London, the Australian Association of Group Psychotherapists, the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organisations and Group Relations, Australia, and OPUS. He has worked on the consultant staff at several group relations conferences in Australia, and in the UK for the Bayswater Institute, of which he is an Associate, using the Harold Bridger design.

LAURENCE J. GOULD, PhD is a former Professor and Director, The Clinical Psychology Doctoral Program, The City University of New York; Director of the Socio-Psychoanalytic Training Program, The Institute for Psychoanalytic Training and Research (IPTAR); founding Co-Director, Program in Organizational Development and Consultation, and Research Fellow, the Sigmund Freud Center, Hebrew University; He is also Co-Editor of Organizational and Social Dynamics, An International Journal for the Integration of Psychoanalytic, Systemic and Group Relations Perspectives.
