YVONNE M. AGAZARIAN, EdD, developed both a theory of living human systems and its systems-centered practice, and was awarded Group Psychologist of the Year in 1997 by the American Psychological Association ‘for her involvement in research, publication, teaching and training’. She has authored or co-authored seven books and founded the Systems-Centered Training & Research Institute.

RINAT ALON, MA, is a clinical psychologist and organizational consultant, and a member of The Israeli Society for the Study of Group and Organizational Processes (Ofek).

DAVID ARMSTRONG is a Principal Consultant at the Tavistock Consultancy Service, The Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust, London, UK. A collection of his occasional papers, Organization in the Mind: Psychoanalysis, Group Relations and Organizational Consultancy, edited by Robert French, was published in 2005 (London: Karnac).

MIKE BROUSSINE's main research interests include emotions in organizations, leadership, gender issues, organizational research methods, and public services management. He undertakes consultancy and action research for organizations, mostly in the public services. He has carried out reviews of interdisciplinary and multi-agency working in the public services and has been centrally involved in two action research projects concerning equality and diversity in local government. He is Joint Programme Director of the MSc Leadership and Organisation of Public Services (LOPS), a programme at the University of the West of England designed to develop leadership and learning across the public, private, and voluntary sectors.

ELISHA DAVAR is a course developer, teacher, supervisor on the psychodynamic counselling and coaching courses offered by The Utrecht School of Governance, Utrecht University.
