What do Participants Learn at Group Relations Conferences?*

Currently a lecturer in organisational behavior in the College of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Boston. She has worked as a clinical social worker/psychotherapist and organisational development and leadership consultant for over twenty years. She has long been interested in adapting the group relations conference model to understand larger societal issues and conflicts, and is currently developing two such projects in conjunction with other organisations. She is Past-President of the Center for the Study of Groups and Social Systems (Boston Affiliate, AKRI), and a past board member of A. K. Rice Institute for the Study of Social Systems.
